Which bundle do I need?

Your bundle follows the number of people on your payroll: Solo is just you, Employer is 1 to 4 employees and Team is 5 to 49. Self-employed subcontractors do not count. Choose Accreditation Ready if you hold, or are going for, an accreditation such as CHAS, SMAS or SafeContractor. Onboarding works it out with you, and you see the price before you pay.

What does it cost?

From £59.99 a month excluding VAT, with no set-up fees. Pay for the year and get twelve months for the price of ten, and there is 20% off your first twelve months if you join by 31 December 2026. See every price.

How long does it take?

Two minutes to create your account and about twenty to onboard. Your first document is usually with you to approve within two working days of agreeing your price, and the full set follows in days, not weeks.

Can I cancel?

Cancelling before you approve your first document is free, with a full refund. Plans run for twelve months and renew automatically, with reminders 60 and 30 days before. You keep every document already issued to you.

Is there a limit on RAMS and COSHH?

No. Every bundle includes a RAMS for each type of work you do and a COSHH assessment for each hazardous product you use, with no cap and no limit on sites.

What does Verify show?

Anyone can enter a Passmark company code on the Verify page to see whether that business's documents are current, download its Passmark certificate and see its evidence on file. We never show anything personal about the people who work there.

Do you visit sites or give legal advice?

No. We build and keep your documents current. We are not your competent person, we do not visit sites or audit, and we do not give legal advice. Our terms set out exactly what we do.
